Susan is from Australia and has been living and working in Hong Kong for 15+ years now. She holds a post graduate qualification in leadership and management, with 15+ years of experiences working as manager and coordinator for international kindergartens. She is a strong advocate of inquiry-based learning, with a passion for Reggio inspired environments. She loves teaching children, as well as leading our team of passionate educators.

Ciara is from the United States where she grew up in New Jersey and then moved to South Carolina. After high school, she stayed in South Carolina and attended Clemson University where she majored in English and minored in Political Science. Whilst at College, Ciara was involved in Clemson’s largest philanthropic organization on campus and quickly learned she has a passion for working with children, aiming to provide them with a bright future.

The learning space must be inviting for the individual child to take risks, explore and share their ideas.

Hattie completed her secondary and University studies in the UK. Volunteering to teach AS/A2 Mathematics to students with special needs in London helped sow a seed in her heart to work with children and is currently studying her PGDE in Early Childhood Education at the University of Hong Kong. Hattie is a strong advocate of inquiry and play-based learning. She believes that intrinsic motivation is crucial as it drives the children forward to explore and discover their interests and passions, instilling a lifelong love of learning. She particularly enjoys helping children to discover their individuality and giving them the confidence to try new things.
