Why Choose Mulberry House

Dual Language Immersion

Based on 40+ years of research in the US and Canada implementing dual-language immersion in English/Spanish and English/French (started in 1969), we firmly believe that our dual-language immersion environment works in every setting for the success of raising a bilingual /multilingual child. Our immersion learning fosters higher levels of fluency and motivation, turning both languages into the “Languages of Life” for your child for the rest of his or her life.

Inquiry Based Curriculum

Rather than teacher led theme-based and fact-based types of education in other schools, our inquiry-based learning is child-led and teacher-guided. Each term, teachers and students decide to inquire about concepts within the inquiry cycles of "Me, Care and Change". Guided by the UK's EYFS framework, our children are engaged in developmental appropriate exploration and experiments, cultivating their creativity, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. These play-based and multi-sensory based learning also follows a well established English, Chinese and Mathematics curriculum framework.

Qualified & Native Speaking Early Years Educators

Our classes are guided by native English and Mandarin early years educators, while children effortlessly absorb and immerse in both English and Mandarin Chinese speaking environment. Our teachers support your child’s natural development in classrooms that are inquiry-based, hands-on and joyful, creating a lifelong learner and doer.

We are able to provide a truly unique bilingual learning environment where your child can explore and love the wonders of learning. Please view our admission process below. If you have further questions, contact our admissions team at admissions@mulberryhousekg.com or on the phone (Southside: 5598-0555 Taipo: 5598-0909). We are here to help!
